Bro. James became our Pastor on October 5, 2008. He graduated from Criswell College in Dallas with a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies. He worked for Office Depot for twelve years while serving Bi-Vocationally as Youth Minister, and Associate Pastor.

Bro. James and his wife Tammy have been married for eighteen years and they have two sons Joshua (14) and Josiah (11).

Bro. James says, “My greatest priority as Pastor is to equip the saints for the work of ministry (Ephesians 4:12). My conviction is that only as people know God through His Word will they become passionate about fulfilling the Great Commission.”

He serves as a School Board Trustee for the Gholson Independent School District. Bro. James also works at Lake Shore Funeral Home (www.lakeshorefuneralhome.com).
